Pet Policy

Any resident considering pets must acquire written permission from CDB Properties.  No pets are allowed without this written permission.

If accepted the pet must be neutered/spayed, and proof of current license and vaccinations must be provided.   A non-refundable fee of $250.00 per pet fee is required. Additional charges will apply if your pet caused damage to the apartment. There will be a pet rent fee as follows:

Cedar Springs $25.00 Per pet / Monthly Fee

In order to avoid fines and/or eviction please notify the manager if you intend on acquiring a pet. Review your pet agreement and comply with the breed restriction.
